How do I access the house?
Once you have made a booking you will receive an e-mail confirming your booking. A pin number will be texted to your registered mobile number by 15:00 on the day of your stay.
How do I access the room?
Once your booking has been confirmed you will be given a pin for your room. This pin will need to be entered on the keypad located outside the room. If this does not work please contact us immediately on +44 (0) 7510 685 950.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel please do so before 12:00 as we can offer the room to somebody on the waiting list. If you cancel after 12:00 then regrettably we will need to charge you for the room. However, this will be waived if the room is rebooked. Mix Fleet Trainees on a discounted rate will not be refunded should they wish to cancel as we block book the dates.
How do I reserve a room if I’m on Standby?
If you have a STANDBY block, book as many nights as you require. If you get called cancel online. Please note that on the second and third day of your SBY you still need to CHECK OUT by 12:00 as the cleaner needs to service your room ready to be offered to someone else should you be called for duty.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email?
Occasionally emails generated automatically take a while to be received.

How do I pay for my room?
You can pay for your room by cash or via Paypal. Details of how to pay can be found in your room information sheet and in your confirmation email.

Am I allowed to smoke in the house?
No the accommodation is strictly a smoking free zone, you will need to smoke outside should we find out otherwise we will not take any future bookings. We reserve the right at any time to refuse accommodation should rules be broken.
